The old one was just simple "kill trash mobs with melee." I still think you can fail it that way if the orbs spawn in the worst possible order. I got it down perfectly by using Ember's number 4 to kill the guys so I could focus 100% on hitting the orbs. The other one was very recent, MR16-MR17 where you need to kill 30 or 35 guys while melee hitting the orbs spawning around the map for a few more seconds. (I jumped up the wall by accident trying to save myself and realized the easy mode for that one after a while.) The one with the square platforms that disappear after standing on them. If you don't mind me including ones where I had to practice 5-10 times, I remember 2. I had no trouble the next time, and found the practices after that so I've not 24-hr failed any since then.
